Administrative, not legal representation
ReCovr can communicate, request records, transmit client-approved information and help organize a voluntary recovery effort. Clients keep decision-making authority.
Typical documents
Depending on the matter, useful documents can include agreements, receipts, accountings, invoices, photographs, correspondence, proof of payment and other records related to the funds.
Client control
ReCovr does not accept or reject settlements for clients, waive claims, sign releases, commence litigation or make attorney-only decisions without the client's express authority.
When legal help may be needed
If a matter requires legal advice, pleadings, court appearances or attorney-only actions, the client may need to consult a licensed attorney.
